Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Store Manager based in Birmingham responsible for overseeing the effective functioning of store operations on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and develop a team committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining brand standards.
- Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient floor and service operations.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, food hygiene protocols, and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive store environment.
- Manage inventory, product availability, and merchandising to boost sales while minimizing waste.
- Enhance commercial outcomes through careful planning, accurate forecasting, and rigorous cost control measures.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with central teams to implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Facilitate colleague training and development ensuring team members are confident and aligned with service standards.
