Getting started

Is Broxer free to use?
Creating an account, building your profile, searching jobs and applying are free for job seekers. Employers choose from a range of plans — see the Pricing page for details.
How do I verify my email address?
After registering we email you a verification link — open it and click the button. If it didn't arrive, check spam and use the Resend option. Signing in with Google or LinkedIn verifies your email automatically.
How do I contact support?
Head to our Contact page and send us a message. We read everything and aim to reply quickly.

Your account & settings

How do I change my password?
Open the account menu (your initial, top-right) and choose Change password. If you have forgotten it, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.

Privacy & following

How do I make my account private?
In your follow/privacy settings you can switch your account to private, which means new followers must be approved before they can see your followers-only content.

Trust & safety

How do I report spam or abuse?
Use the report option on the post, profile, job or message in question. Our team reviews every report and can remove content or restrict accounts that break the rules.

Resume builder

Can I have more than one resume?
Yes. Signed-in candidates can keep multiple resumes — for example tailored versions for different roles — and set one as the default used when applying. The number you can keep may depend on your plan.
How do I download my resume as a PDF?
In the resume builder, choose Download to export a high-quality PDF. The download matches the on-screen preview exactly.

Finding & saving jobs

How do I save a job to apply later?
Click Save on any job to add it to your shortlist. Your saved jobs appear under Saved in your dashboard.

Applying & application status

How do I check the status of my application?
Open Applications in your job-seeker dashboard. Each application shows its current status as the employer reviews it.
How do I withdraw an application?
Go to Applications in your dashboard and choose Withdraw on the application you want to remove. You can do this at any time.
Why can't I apply or message yet?
Applying to jobs and starting conversations require a verified email. Open the verification link we sent you (or resend it), then try again.

Posting & managing jobs

How do I post a job?
From your employer dashboard open Jobs and choose New job. You'll need a verified email to publish. Add your details and optional screening questions, then publish.
How do I add screening questions to a job?
Open the job and add screening questions; applicants answer them as part of applying, which helps you filter quickly. You can reorder questions at any time.

Getting started as an employer

How do I create my company page?
From your employer dashboard, create your company with its name, logo and description. This is what candidates see on your jobs and company profile.

Applicants & pipeline

How do I move applicants through stages?
Use the pipeline on a job to move candidates across your hiring stages, update their status, add private notes and schedule interviews.

Team & roles

How do I invite a teammate?
Open Team in your employer dashboard and invite colleagues by email, then assign each one a role to control their access.

Plans & billing

What's included in each plan?
See the Pricing page for a full comparison. Some features, like how many active jobs you can run, depend on your plan — upgrading raises your limits.
