About the Role
Join Beca as a passionate and innovative Senior Software Engineer, playing a critical role in advancing our BEYON Digital Twin platform. Our diverse software engineering team emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within a supportive environment committed to making everyday better.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize state-of-the-art technologies to tackle complex challenges associated with the BEYON platform's microservices and components.
- Own the development and maintenance of various platform microservices while mentoring and guiding team members.
- Coordinate technical implementations for Beacon and other solutions throughout the software lifecycle including planning, estimation, feature development, maintenance, and product roadmap contributions.
- Partner effectively with business analysts, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to drive innovative outcomes.
- Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships within the digital team.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience as a full stack developer working with cloud-centric software products, web development, API integrations, distributed systems, and software security.
- Proficiency with enterprise technologies such as C#, .NET, MVC, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, git, GitHub, Infrastructure as Code, and Bicep.
- Experience working with modern AI agents and cloud computing services to build solutions with high availability.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence and improve software product design and delivery.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience in product development focused on scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python.
