Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate production machinery with skill and accuracy.
• Perform all packaging tasks as specified for different products.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including equipment and facility cleaning.
• Handle the movement of raw materials and finished goods according to requirements.
• Take ownership and accountability for safety practices and ongoing process improvement participation.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Frontline Leader.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of Grade 12 education or an equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical and electrical certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in production roles is considered beneficial.
• Knowledge of complete processes, particularly food processing or GMP experience, is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work in a unionized environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
