Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer specializing in Large Language Model (LLM) Evaluation for a full-time remote role. The selected candidate will engage in creating advanced datasets to train, benchmark, and improve large language models, working hand in hand with research teams. This position requires expertise in developing and correcting code across various programming languages and contributing to AI-driven coding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate code samples, solutions, and corrections in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go languages.
- Assess and optimize AI-generated code to ensure it meets standards of efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance enterprise-grade AI coding tools by aligning them with industry benchmarks.
- Design and construct agents that validate code quality and detect recurring error trends.
- Formulate hypotheses regarding software engineering lifecycle steps and evaluate AI model performances against these stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Several years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of two years at a leading product-based company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, including ReactJS framework expertise.
- Competence in C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go programming languages.
- Experience in designing code verification processes pertinent to software engineering activities.
