Responsibilities

• Oversee and be fully accountable for people management, guest satisfaction, sales performance, profitability, operational standards, Health & Safety, and smooth front and back of house operations.
• Maintain and uphold TGI Fridays’ brand standards while achieving budgetary goals and business growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence strategy.
• Lead by example as a cultural ambassador of TGI Fridays, inspiring the team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in a similar leadership role within restaurant or hospitality sectors, with a strong record of team leadership and performance delivery.
• Experience fostering a guest-centric culture that prioritizes outstanding service.
• Background in restaurant or kitchen operations is essential.
• Strong financial literacy, able to manage audits, budgeting, labor controls, and forecasting effectively.
• Commercially astute to drive sales and consistently achieve business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills to motivate teams and engage guests, showcasing your charismatic personality every shift.
