Etica Marketing Management invites applications for the role of a seasoned and goal-focused Telesales Executive to be based in Business Bay, Dubai. This role demands a professional with a robust background in telesales, adept communication skills, and no less than five years of relevant professional experience within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both potential and returning customers.
• Communicate company offerings and services with clarity and professionalism.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions accordingly.
• Successfully convert prospective leads into confirmed sales, meeting monthly sales goals.
• Continue follow-up communications via calls and other means to engage prospective clients.
• Expertly address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Keep detailed and precise logs of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and finalized sales.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to enhance conversion rates.
• Engage actively in promotional initiatives and sales campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in telesales, telemarketing, or an analogous sales role based in the UAE.
• Demonstrable history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Proficient English communication paired with strong negotiation capabilities.
• Assertive and persuasive communication style over the phone.
• Highly developed skills in customer service and relationship maintenance.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and energized to meet targets.
• Capable of functioning autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Preference given to candidates currently residing within the UAE.
• Immediate availability to join is considered a significant advantage.
