Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a critical role in operational excellence, supporting key sales drivers to ensure an outstanding experience for all guests. Responsibilities include maintaining stocked merchandise, preserving cleanliness across the store, and completing assigned operational tasks. This position assists the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance metrics, collaboration with peers, and strict adherence to processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass retail objectives by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for customers.
• Meet operational compliance and timely execution goals including merchandise replenishment, inventory procedures, and shipment processing.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive work environment supportive to teammates and customers alike.
• Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance professional skills and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory counts using company technology.
• Maintain operational excellence by keeping assigned areas replenished, well-signed, and organized with testers available.
• Uphold superior store standards and cleanliness in all areas including sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and break spaces.
• Protect company assets following loss prevention procedures and provide exceptional guest service.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience or equivalent education and work combination preferred.
• Familiarity with basic technologies such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Flexible availability including early morning, evening, overnight, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Working Conditions

• Spending much of the shift moving throughout the store.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting.
• Regular lifting and carrying of items up to 25 pounds.
• Ongoing coordination and manipulation of objects during shifts.
