Role Overview

Join SSP UK & Ireland as a Supervisor at Taunton Station Starbucks, working in a dynamic hospitality environment. This position involves managing daily operations and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay rate is £13.61 per hour, with an additional £1.50 for shifts worked between midnight and 6:00 AM. The opportunity is for part-time positions with 16 hours per week, with working hours spanning from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Employees need flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of opening and closing procedures when scheduled and manage daily store operations effectively.
• Lead and motivate your team during busy shift periods, maintaining high energy and a positive environment.
• Encourage team members to provide exceptional customer service and address queries from customers and colleagues.
• Maintain awareness of the store's performance metrics and actively promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize previous leadership experience gained in hospitality or retail to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older due to the nature of certain supervisory tasks and shift timings.
