Software Engineer (Entry-Level / Associate)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven entry-level / associate software engineer to become part of the development team. In this role, you will help build, improve, and maintain software products while gaining guidance from experienced engineers and strengthening your technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with building, testing, and releasing software applications.
• Work with senior engineers to identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues.
• Take part in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards.
• Prepare documentation for technical details and system workflows.
• Help with integration tasks, debugging, and improving application performance.
• Share ideas during team discussions related to architecture and upcoming features.
• Keep learning new tools and technologies to sharpen programming ability.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Basic familiarity with databases, APIs, and Git-based version control.
• Understanding of software development principles and the software development life cycle.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-moving technology environment.

Preferred Skills

• Practical exposure through internships, academic work, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django.
• Some knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Awareness of Agile delivery practices.
