Role Overview

Infosys is hiring a Python Developer to join its technology delivery team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on building dependable software solutions, working closely with clients, and supporting quality-driven delivery in a technology environment.

What You’ll Do

• Act as part of the delivery team and work directly with clients on quality assurance, issue handling, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Interpret requirements, prepare and assess design documents, validate architecture, and help ensure a strong level of service delivery.
• Take part in project effort estimation, contribute to solution planning, manage technical risks, and review code as well as unit test plans.
• Guide team members toward producing well-optimized, high-quality code while supporting knowledge sharing and following internal standards and processes.
• Contribute to the development of efficient systems and programs that support clients in their digital transformation efforts.

Required Knowledge

• Understanding of more than one technology area.
• Foundational knowledge of architecture and design principles.
• Awareness of testing tools and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methods.
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle for both development and maintenance work.
• Exposure to estimation approaches and quality processes.
• Basic understanding of business domains to interpret requirements effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical capability, and communication skills.
• Good grasp of technology and domain concepts.
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods.
• Awareness of current technologies and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
