Role Overview
We are seeking a proficient Python Developer skilled in creating scalable web applications and APIs utilizing contemporary Python frameworks and SQL databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain backend services and web applications using Python.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs employing frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Build high-performing and scalable applications aligned with industry standards.
- Architect and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures with SQL.
- Integrate software solutions with third-party APIs and services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
- Produce reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with at least one API framework among FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Strong understanding of REST API concepts and development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Practical knowledge of Git version control system.
