Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Explain product details including quality and materials, and suggest complementary items.
- Provide attentive support in fitting rooms.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets with provided training.
- Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
- Organize and display merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in both sales and backstore areas.
- Stay informed of new product arrivals to share recommendations with customers.
- Support customers through checkout transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to assist the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is required.
- Passion for clothing that promotes feel-good femininity, including lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
- Strong customer listening skills to provide excellent service.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Availability to work holidays and extended hours during peak times.
- Desire for a career with ongoing challenges and development.
- Functional bilingualism is a plus.
