Intern, Visual Media

Overview

Join Marina Bay Sands and support a fast-paced Visual Media team that produces photography and video content. This role offers hands-on exposure to production operations and the chance to learn alongside experienced professionals in a demanding creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Help with day-to-day production operations such as distributing call sheets, tracking and handling equipment, keeping crew communication flowing, supporting on-set safety, and acting as a bridge between departments.
• Support photography and video shoots as a production assistant by running errands for the team, including collecting equipment, supplies, and meals.
• Assist with outside productions and shoots by managing logistics and ensuring crew check-in and check-out are carried out according to Marina Bay Sands procedures.
• Take part in scheduled team meetings, briefings, and production-related discussions.
• Share ideas that could make the Visual Media production process smoother and more effective.

Requirements

This opportunity is intended for a full-time matriculated student whose internship is formally recognized by their school as part of graduation requirements. No previous work experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Academic background in media production or a related field
• Ability to juggle several tasks while working under pressure
• Careful, detail-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently as well as following direction
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative as part of a team
