Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the housekeeping team at Horton General Hospital in Banbury. This role contributes directly to enhancing the patient experience by maintaining a clean and safe environment within the hospital.

Work Schedule

  • Two positions: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, totaling 75 hours
  • Two weekend positions: Saturdays and Sundays, 12pm to 8pm, totaling 30 hours
  • Two weekend positions: Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 3pm, totaling 30 hours

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital environment.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the housekeeping team to ensure a safe, hygienic setting for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Assist nursing staff by delivering patient food and beverages as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
  • A proactive approach with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team while being capable of managing tasks individually.
