Job Overview
We are seeking a Hardware & Network Engineer to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves maintaining and repairing various hardware devices, ensuring uninterrupted network connectivity, and supporting users with their technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and scanners.
- Set up and manage LAN, WAN, wireless networks, including routers and switches, to maintain stable internet connections.
- Perform system maintenance such as operating system installations, software updates, and application of security patches.
- Assist staff with troubleshooting daily technical issues and connectivity problems; handle installation and updating of ERP software.
- Conduct antivirus updates and implement regular data backup procedures to secure company information.
- Coordinate with existing vendors or find new vendors for purchases, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and technical support.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
