Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS / Python) - 1 Year Contract

Role Overview

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive full stack enterprise applications that underpin data-driven and AI-powered business solutions. The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to deliver software that is scalable, secure, and maintainable, while actively contributing to design discussions, architectural decisions, and ongoing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web frontends using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Create backend services, APIs, and business logic leveraging Python frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Build reusable frontend components, backend modules, and services to accommodate evolving business demands.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between different application layers and AI services.
• Optimize existing applications with performance tuning, feature updates, bug resolution, and technical refinements.
• Develop software supporting AI and data-intensive workflows and integrate these with analytics platforms and enterprise data services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Adopt software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles for building reliable, maintainable systems.
• Participate in technical design and architecture evaluations to balance performance, security, and business needs.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other DevOps tools, automate builds, tests, deployments, and releases.
• Create and uphold automated testing suites including unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Operate with containerized environments leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Engage in Agile workflows including sprint activities, code reviews, and documentation maintenance.
• Follow established coding standards, security policies, and governance frameworks to maintain compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and adherence to engineering best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full stack development.
• Strong command of ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Backend development expertise with Python, particularly Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in designing and consuming REST APIs within enterprise environments.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies including automated testing and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems design.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile development teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
