Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and support smooth fleet operations.
- Manage fuel usage and related tracking.
- Handle FASTag-related activities and records.
- Monitor vehicle movement and track locations as needed.
- Keep a close watch on temperature conditions during transport.
- Support loading and unloading coordination.
- Maintain operational records, prepare reports, and complete required documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across levels and communicate effectively with customers.
Qualification and Experience
- A graduate degree is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating clearly over email and phone calls.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook is important for this role.
- Prior experience of 1 year or more in temperature-controlled transportation is required.
