Role Overview

DP World Cold Chain Logistics Private Limited is hiring for an Executive Operations role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position focuses on day-to-day coordination, transport control, record keeping, and operational support within temperature-controlled logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers and support smooth fleet operations.
• Manage fuel usage and related tracking.
• Handle FASTag-related activities and records.
• Monitor vehicle movement and track locations as needed.
• Keep a close watch on temperature conditions during transport.
• Support loading and unloading coordination.
• Maintain operational records, prepare reports, and complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across levels and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualification and Experience

• A graduate degree is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable communicating clearly over email and phone calls.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook is important for this role.
• Prior experience of 1 year or more in temperature-controlled transportation is required.
