Role Overview
KBR is seeking a qualified Equipment Supervisor to oversee equipment and lifting operations on site, ensuring safety and efficiency in handling heavy machinery within the Oil & Gas sector based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear job instructions for the equipment and lifting teams.
- Manage coordination of all heavy lifts and equipment activities on site.
- Ensure all lifting equipment is maintained in safe, operational condition.
- Provide supervision and leadership to both lifting and heavy equipment teams.
- Exhibit proactive safety mindset and behavior at all times.
- Guarantee personnel possess the proper skills, training, tools, and resources to carry out routine maintenance safely and effectively, in line with contract terms and conditions.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for candidates with a High School diploma.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for candidates holding a Diploma.
- Strong technical expertise in maintenance management specific to Oil & Gas facilities.
- Highly organized and proactive with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within large organizations.
- Sound judgment under pressure and adept at problem-solving.
- Strategic management aptitude.
- Experience working effectively in multicultural environments to achieve business objectives.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and reside in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a candidate who can belong, connect, and grow professionally with KBR's dynamic team environment. International travel readiness and living in KSA are mandatory.
