Position Overview
We are recruiting a full-time Duty Manager responsible for overseeing essential hotel operations and providing support to the General Manager.
Main Duties
- Manage daily hotel operations ensuring smooth functionality across departments.
- Maintain consistent quality and uphold hotel standards.
- Proactively understand and manage guest expectations to enhance satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent guest services through close collaboration with each hotel department.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge about the hotel and its various departments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality sector is essential.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality roles.
- Mature and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to effectively promote and upsell hotel services and affiliated hotels within the group.

Salary Details
