Job Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking Delivery Drivers who enjoy listening to their own music while driving and earning both tips and wages. This role suits individuals aged 16 and older with at least two years of driving experience. No prior delivery experience is required as training will be provided.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Positions are available for part-time with flexible scheduling options. Drivers receive hourly wages paid bi-weekly, mileage reimbursement, and generous tips at the end of each shift.

Preferred Shift Times

Currently, there is an emphasis on hiring drivers for Rush, Late, and Closing shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • At least two years of verifiable driving history
  • Consistent employment record
  • Compliance with company policies regarding motor vehicle records (MVR), Department of Transportation (DOT) standards, Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA), and criminal background checks
  • Food and beverage transport experience is a plus
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds
  • Capability to safely handle a vehicle in congested traffic and tight spaces

To legally operate a vehicle for business deliveries, drivers must meet the following driving history requirements:

  • Drivers aged 18 must provide proof of at least two years of continuous driving history prior to a motor vehicle record evaluation.
  • Drivers aged 19 must provide proof of at least one year of driving history immediately prior to the motor vehicle record evaluation.
  • Only official driver’s licenses are accepted; learner’s permits can only verify driving periods but do not qualify for delivery driving.

Driving record standards disallow:

  • More than two moving violations (speeding, failure to yield, traffic signal violations, careless driving, seat belt violations) within the last two years.
  • More than three moving violations within the last three years.
  • More than one at-fault accident within the previous three years.

Certain serious infractions disqualify applicants, including:

  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Hit and run incidents
  • Reckless driving
  • Driving violations involving drugs or alcohol
  • Vehicular homicide or assault
  • Illegal racing or exhibition driving
  • Eluding or attempting to evade a police officer
