About the Internship
Alttred Miinds is a growth partner focused on elevating direct-to-consumer brands by leveraging creative strategies that identify winning campaigns and scale them with profitable, controlled performance advertising. We're looking for an internship candidate passionate about crafting videos that drive engagement and conversions for ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-impact video advertisements optimized for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop compelling hooks that effectively capture the audience's attention and stop the scroll.
- Incorporate captions, sound effects, and pacing tuned for maximizing viewer retention and conversions.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to test different video creatives and refine them based on performance data.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in one or two video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
- Understanding of short-form video content and the psychology behind viewer engagement.
- Curiosity and interest in ad analytics and performance monitoring.
- Must have a portfolio or examples of previous editing work to share.
- Willingness to complete a short editing test assignment as part of the selection process.
- Availability for the full 3-month internship duration.
- Comfortable with remote work currently, with potential to work onsite in the future if required.
