Internship Overview

This internship offers candidates the chance to enhance their client communication capabilities and spoken English proficiency by engaging in telecalling activities. Joining our energetic team, interns will gain practical experience in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Manage inbound client calls, delivering high-quality customer service and addressing queries or issues promptly.
• Keep thorough records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with the sales team to arrange meetings and generate new business leads.
• Attend training sessions aimed at improving communication techniques and product understanding.
• Support the marketing team by executing telecalling campaigns for new product launches.
• Achieve and surpass targeted goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to aid company growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates available for a full-time in-office internship can apply.
• Applicants must be able to start between August 26, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at three months.
• Applicants should be located in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore.
• Candidates should possess relevant aptitude and interest for this role.
