About the internship

Plexmato is looking for a Full Stack Development intern who is excited about building practical and innovative web products. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern development work in a startup environment focused on tailored IT consulting and software solutions.

What you will do

Work closely with the development team to plan and build new capabilities for web-based applications.
Develop readable, efficient, and well-structured code that supports a smooth user experience.
Investigate, isolate, and resolve technical issues so the platform runs reliably.
Test features carefully and help identify bugs, glitches, and performance bottlenecks.
Keep track of current tools, practices, and technology trends to contribute fresh ideas.
Support improvements in website speed and security to help deliver a safer, faster product.
Participate actively in team discussions and share suggestions that can improve project outcomes.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 21 Jun 2026 and 26 Jul 2026, and are available for the full 4-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their career are welcome to apply. Computer Science Engineering students and freshers seeking jobs may also apply.

Stipend

The internship provides a monthly stipend of INR 25,000 to 30,000.

Selected interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day work week, and an opportunity for a job offer after successful conversion.

Additional information

If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary will be in the range of INR 500,000 to 900,000.
