Internship Overview
Join Confluencr, a top influencer marketing agency operating across 16 countries including India, and gain hands-on experience coordinating vibrant creator-focused events. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite in Kochi, supporting an influential network specializing in YouTube and Instagram campaign strategies that drive brand engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist creators, influencers, and guests upon arrival at the event venue.
- Manage the registration and check-in logistics for creators and attendees efficiently.
- Direct creators to specific zones such as sessions and networking areas to facilitate engagement.
- Support the event management team in handling on-ground coordination and crowd control.
- Oversee backstage operations to maintain smooth transitions and movements of creators during the event.
- Liaise with the team to provide timely updates regarding scheduling and any changes.
- Offer immediate assistance to resolve coordination issues on site to ensure smooth event flow.
- Strive to create a seamless, enjoyable atmosphere for all participants and attendees throughout the event.
Candidate Eligibility
- Availability for a part-time internship with a duration of two weeks.
- Ability to start the internship between 14th July 2026 and 18th August 2026.
- Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in live events and creator ecosystems.
Compensation and Schedule
- The internship provides a weekly stipend ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹3,000.
