About the internship
Be Rolling Media is a creative video production and storytelling agency focused on helping brands strengthen their presence through impactful, high-quality visual content. The team develops customized work from concept through delivery, including branded video ads, UGC-style reels, and social media campaigns designed to capture attention and build audience trust.
Role overview
This internship is centered on supporting client servicing, project coordination, and shoot execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, creators, and the creative unit to keep projects moving smoothly and delivered on time.
What you will do
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to keep communication clear and projects running smoothly.
- Support end-to-end shoot execution, including planning, scheduling, on-site coordination, and alignment with the approved creative brief.
- Assist with influencer- and creator-led assignments by coordinating outreach, tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, and following up regularly.
- Help the creative team during shoots with content planning, reference collection, and on-ground execution support.
- Organize and maintain client documents, briefs, and timelines to help ensure timely project delivery.
