About the internship

FitChic Bars is a young wellness food brand created for women, and this internship is part of the brand’s early buildout. The role is suited to someone who wants to learn by helping shape a startup from the beginning, rather than joining a fully defined structure.

What you will work on

• Contribute to brand development, content planning, and social media activity.
• Assist with visual design work, packaging ideas, and brand assets.
• Take on daily coordination and operational support tasks.
• Step in wherever the brand needs help as it grows and evolves.

Founder’s note

This is a hands-on, collaborative internship rather than a conventional one. The founder is building FitChic Bar from the ground up and is looking for someone who is open to learning together, experimenting, and helping create the brand without an existing playbook. The work may be messy at times, but it is also expected to be exciting and creative. The role is open to people of any age, gender, or background who are curious, proactive, and interested in startup building. AI tools, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to figure things out along the way will be part of the experience.

Working hours and location

This is a work-from-home internship. You must be available during 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm Indian Standard Time, which aligns with the company’s working window of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Duration and start date

The internship lasts for 3 months and is expected to begin immediately within the stated application window.

Eligibility and application fit

Applicants should be available for remote work, able to commit for the full 3-month duration, and willing to work during the specified evening IST hours. The opportunity is especially suitable for students or early-career candidates with relevant interests. Women looking to begin or relaunch their careers are also welcome to apply. No prior experience is required, but curiosity, reliability, and interest in startups are important.

• Genuine interest in startups and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms as a regular user.
• Open to learning and using AI tools for everyday work.
• Basic eye for design; Canva or a similar tool is sufficient.
• Dependable and organized when handling operational tasks.
• Strong communication skills.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
