Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee overall warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and proper maintenance of equipment. This role acts as the coordination hub among departments including Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality, Food Safety, FGPM, and Freight, as well as distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily plans with the AGRO team for unloading potato consignments.
- Distribute monthly IMPM reports to planning and finance for material liquidation plans.
- Prepare weekly ageing reports and follow up with quality and planning on online and quality-rejected materials.
- Oversee quarterly calibration of weighbridges and oil tanks.
- Report incidents and near misses with action plans via MYEHS platform.
- Manage execution of daily internal transfers within the warehouse.
- Prepare weekly PO status reports to ensure coverage of necessary utilities.
- Handle supplier invoice processing and payment tracking for services rendered.
- Audit SAP system movements weekly through test scripting.
- Generate monthly reports on non-moving packaging materials in coordination with planning.
- Review and acknowledge documentation submitted by storekeepers daily.
- Ensure PIT procedure compliance among forklift operators and coordinate pre-maintenance activities with fleet management.
- Review monthly timesheets for contract labor and submit to HR.
- Implement Safe Work Procedures (SWP) across all workflows.
- Manage annual safety and forklift training schedules to maintain training compliance and enhance safety awareness.
- Compile and submit daily and monthly reports, including KPIs, weekly Quality Hold reports, and month-end closings on time.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization continuously.
- Supervise shift activities ensuring inbound and outbound flows adhere to procedures and company policies.
- Provide orientation to warehouse crew for all new SKUs.
- Track productivity via daily KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Inspect equipment usage, ensure checklists are followed, and collaborate with engineering for repair needs.
- Develop weekly plans and allocate resources to meet production and sales requirements.
- Ensure audit compliance including COSO test effectiveness checks.
- Monitor all Quality HOLD materials and coordinate with Quality team to ensure process effectiveness.
- Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks, investigating any variances thoroughly.
- Maintain Food Safety standards through documentation review and daily team alignment meetings.
- Perform monthly SIT reviews and communicate results to relevant plants.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to assign daily tasks and disseminate important updates.
- Execute management-assigned tasks within set deadlines.
- Comply with AIB standards to sustain top warehouse cleanliness and documentation.
- Participate in warehouse development projects to enhance safety and hygiene.
- Manage the process for write-offs and disposal of obsolete stock.
- Monitor daily offloading tasks ensuring prompt completion.
- Coordinate with engineering for equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Track timelines for mock recalls from receipt to production issuance for effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supply chain role, preferably with cross-functional exposure in warehouse operations.
- Experience in food manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, or related technical fields.
- Certification or qualification in supply chain or warehouse management.
- Self-driven with leadership qualities and the capacity to initiate and implement corrective measures.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Comprehensive planning skills with cross-functional coordination expertise.
- Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to continuous technical skill improvement.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently with supervision.
