Job Overview
This role offers a rate of $40.64 an hour working Monday to Friday with early morning and afternoon shifts. The position supports vital Health, Safety & Training (HST) functions at a prominent mining operation. Preference is given to local applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect DNA samples at the site access point following established Alcohol and Other Drug screening processes.
- Offer administrative assistance to the Health, Safety & Training department.
- Keep precise records and documentation.
- Support data entry tasks and produce necessary reports.
- Assist with compliance adherence and health monitoring activities at the site.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
- Possession of a current driver's license.
- Capacity to clear pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screenings.
