Job description
Overview
Join ForgePilot's Tech Team located in Bor-Nor-You Village, Grand Bassa County, Liberia, to develop practical software solutions that address real-world small business challenges. Choose your expertise area and showcase your capabilities through live project tests rather than generic interviews.
Specializations and Responsibilities
- AI Developer (Bots): Design intelligent, automated conversational bots using AI APIs to solve business needs with functional bots deployed live, for instance, Telegram bots featuring free AI models and admin control toggles.
- Fullstack Developer (Frontend + Backend): Construct comprehensive booking and administrative systems encompassing frontend, backend, and database layers. Technologies include Next.js or comparable frameworks, databases of choice, with admin panel implementation and live deployment.
- Frontend Developer (UI): Craft visually compelling data visualization dashboards for B2B clients with charts, filtering, export functions (PNG/PDF), utilizing a framework of choice and consuming real APIs.
- Graphic Designer (Brand): Generate brand identities, logos, and product designs that feel premium and ready for retail. Use Figma for brand guidelines and showcase portfolios plus quick brand projects.
- Video Editor (Editing): Edit raw footage into polished, client-ready tutorial videos lasting 8-12 minutes. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is expected along with portfolio submission and a quick editing test.
- Motion Graphics Designer (Animation): Create smooth, professional app animations and micro-interactions at 60fps. Skills include After Effects, Figma prototypes, and export-ready animation formats. Portfolio and three animation samples are required.
