Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global expansion initiatives. This position primarily focuses on hiring for corporate and business divisions including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to continuously refine and optimize hiring procedures.
- Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain and update recruiting databases diligently and timely.
- Establish and nurture a strong talent pipeline through networking, engaging with universities, attending career fairs, and sustaining contact with quality candidates for future openings.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 to 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within top-tier internet companies or recruitment agencies.
- Experience in corporate/business talent acquisition for Web3 or crypto firms is advantageous.
- Fluent English skills are essential for effective coordination with international partners; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing and candidate selection methodologies.
- Experience with global or Asia market mapping.
- Proven history of meeting ambitious hiring targets successfully.
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder consultation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects and meet deadlines independently.
- A positive outlook on the cryptocurrency sector is desirable.
