PM Utility Steward/Dishwasher

Job Overview

Join Hilton Salt Lake City Center as a PM Utility Steward/Dishwasher and become an integral part of delivering exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain impeccably clean while enhancing guests' experience through attentive operational support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and shine of all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, as well as scrubbing pots and pans and polishing silver items.
• Keep track of inventory levels to guarantee that supplies and equipment are sufficiently stocked and neatly organized to support smooth service delivery.
• Execute general kitchen cleaning duties such as mopping floors and removing trash to uphold a hygienic environment.
• Assist with banquet and event operations by preparing and arranging clean serviceware for seamless service.
• Provide training and mentorship to new stewardship team members to elevate overall team effectiveness.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
