Job description
Position Summary
This role involves participation in a structured maintenance and cleaning schedule aimed at preserving a safe and clean environment for both shoppers and staff.
Key Duties
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to implement a thorough cleaning routine.
- Adhere strictly to Food Safety protocols and cold chain standards.
- Perform prompt cleaning tasks throughout all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
- Assist in inspecting all maintenance and cleaning machinery to confirm they are in working order and verify adequate supply levels.
- Ensure a safe workplace by completing mandated store certification programs and following all company policies and procedures.
- When necessary, clean floors using methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep, covering all non-sales floor areas.
Compensation
The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $18.05.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
