Learning & Development Manager

Role overview

LT Distribution Europe is looking for a seasoned and energetic Learning & Development Manager to join its operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role is designed for a professional who can shape learning strategy, strengthen capability-building across teams, and support a culture of growth and performance.

What you will do

• Create and roll out organization-wide learning and development plans.
• Assess training needs and pinpoint capability gaps across business functions.
• Build, organize, and facilitate leadership development and employee training initiatives.
• Handle onboarding, succession planning, and career progression programs.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
• Track training outcomes and assess return on investment using KPIs and performance data.
• Work closely with department heads to improve workforce skills and effectiveness.
• Promote a workplace culture that values continuous learning and professional advancement.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
• Hands-on background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience delivering training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or comparable certifications will be a plus.
