This position is specifically for a role at an independently owned and operated franchise or affiliate store.

Role Overview

As a Baker, you will provide courteous and professional customer service while preparing bakery products under the guidance of the Bakery Manager. You will contribute positively to the team and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service that addresses shopper needs.
• Handle bakery-related administrative tasks.
• Prepare various baked goods for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the bakery production area.
• Support training of new bakery team members.
• Follow and enforce company standards rigorously.

Requirements

• Prior baking experience is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high-paced environment.
• Completion of high school or equivalent diploma.
• At least three months of relevant baking experience.
