Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in outstanding service and enjoy engaging with customers directly as they deliver shopping orders. Key Responsibilities

• Properly load the delivery van following safety procedures involving heavy lifting and manual handling
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices for all deliveries
• Perform thorough vehicle checks to ensure readiness and safety
• Deliver groceries ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service during deliveries
• Assist in-store as needed
• Manage your work time effectively and work independently
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shift patterns between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines effectively
• Exhibit a strong understanding and awareness of road safety rules

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of £13.71
