Job Overview

Napco National is seeking a Gate Controller to help maintain a secure, safe, and orderly facility in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on guarding entry points, supporting site security operations, and ensuring compliance with the company’s health, safety, security, and environment standards.

Key Duties

• Apply company rules and procedures related to health, security, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support visitors and individuals with special needs at the gate.
• Help management sustain a secure workplace by ensuring full execution of HSSE procedures.
• Protect company property and assets from damage, misuse, loss, or theft.
• Report safety or security concerns to the direct supervisor without delay.
• Follow all security instructions, complete required forms, and stay aligned with internal security procedures.
• Observe access points and electronic surveillance systems to confirm they are working properly and that the premises remain secured.
• Carry out directions issued by HSSE leadership.
• Remain alert and continuously present at the assigned post during duty hours.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and perform the required actions in a timely way.
• Coordinate with the safety team on safety-related concerns, support corrective measures, and flag any non-compliance.
• Handle unusual or problematic situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, and escalate when necessary.
• Work with plant management on security exceptions to keep operations controlled and protected.
• Maintain the 5S standards in all security guard houses, including unannounced checks.

This position is a full-time onsite role based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The job requires strong vigilance, compliance with internal procedures, and readiness to support security and safety operations at all times.
