Fullstack Engineer + Gen AI

About the Role

This position is for a full-stack engineer focused on generative AI work within a large enterprise technology environment. You will contribute across user interfaces, backend services, cloud deployment, and AI-assisted development workflows, with an emphasis on secure, compliant, and scalable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete features end to end, working across React or Angular front ends and Java or Node.js microservices, with REST APIs and Kafka event streams.
• Shape, verify, and refine prompts used for AI-generated code so that outputs remain accurate, secure, and aligned with engineering standards.
• Extend AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code by creating tailored agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and plugins that improve productivity without lowering code quality.
• Design multi-agent AI solutions using agent SDKs so that multiple agents can cooperate or hand off tasks within a workflow.
• Promote test-driven development across unit, integration, and contract testing using Jasmine, Jest, and Karma.
• Help build and strengthen CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions, and support cloud-native releases on AWS or Azure with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Follow observability practices, including structured logs, alerting, and performance monitoring through tools such as ELK, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
• Work closely with product, design, and architecture stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions that can scale and stay compliant.
• Handle multiple parallel streams of work and changing requirements while continuing to deliver value in an agile environment.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Frontend development with React or Angular, including micro-frontend patterns such as single-spa or Module Federation.
• Strong command of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, and Jest.
• Backend development using Java, especially Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Node.js for APIs and integration services.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Messaging and streaming exposure with Kafka or IBM MQ.
• Python scripting and automation capability.
• Cloud and DevOps experience across AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with API gateways such as Apigee, Kong, or Azure API Management.
• Database exposure across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Snowflake, Hadoop, and Databricks.

Applicants should hold a B.C.A. in any specialization, a B.Sc. in any specialization, or a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.

Location Requirement

This role is intended for candidates based in Bengaluru or those who are ready to relocate to Bengaluru.
