We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance of a residential complex located in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role involves supervising various operational teams and ensuring smooth coordination with external service vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the residential property, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained.
- Manage and supervise teams involved in security, cleaning, and other related support services.
- Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient services.
- Handle the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) effectively for all outsourced services.

Compensation
