The company aims to help people live healthier, more active lives by combining fitness innovation with technology.Role OverviewThe organization is seeking a hands-on and highly organized Facilities Manager to run facilities operations across multiple centers. This person will be responsible for smooth daily functioning, high service availability, cost control, vendor coordination, and compliance with quality standards.Core ResponsibilitiesOversee facilities operations end to end across all center formats, including Cult, FF, and others.Maintain 99.9% availability of all facility services so business activities are not disrupted.Track and close facility tickets raised through internal systems in a timely manner.Work closely with operations, audit, and quality teams to resolve issues effectively.Create, roll out, and standardize SOPs, systems, and processes across locations.Operate within approved budgets and ensure compliance with operating guidelines.Monitor actual spend against budget and initiate cost-saving measures.Look for and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with vendors and site SPOCs to keep services running without interruption.Evaluate, select, and onboard vendors for maintenance and support needs.Build backup vendor plans to manage emergencies and service gaps.Ensure equipment and machinery are tested and maintained on a regular schedule.Partner with AMC providers to support preventive maintenance and reduce risk.Plan and manage refurbishment, refresh, and facelift initiatives from start to finish.Deliver projects on time while maintaining required quality standards.Perform regular quality checks on vendor work and materials used.Identify gaps in execution and recommend corrective actions where needed.Maintain dashboards, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget reports with accurate data.Share periodic facility performance updates with relevant stakeholders.Drive preventive maintenance efforts to avoid downtime and service interruptions.Supervise the execution of maintenance schedules and related activities.RequirementsStrong working knowledge of facility management operations.Experience handling vendors and coordinating with different stakeholders.Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.Execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Comfort working with data, MIS reports, and tracking tools.Sharp attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related discipline.Prior experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality settings.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.No stipend or salary details were specified in the source, and no vacancy count, joining timeline, or application deadline was provided.
