Role Overview

The organization is seeking a hands-on and highly organized Facilities Manager to run facilities operations across multiple centers. This person will be responsible for smooth daily functioning, high service availability, cost control, vendor coordination, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Oversee facilities operations end to end across all center formats, including Cult, FF, and others.

  • Ensure equipment and machinery are tested and maintained on a regular schedule.
  • Partner with AMC providers to support preventive maintenance and reduce risk.
  • Plan and manage refurbishment, refresh, and facelift initiatives from start to finish.
  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining required quality standards.
  • Perform regular quality checks on vendor work and materials used.
  • Identify gaps in execution and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Maintain dashboards, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget reports with accurate data.
