Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Application Development Engineer with expertise in business application development and familiarity with the latest AI technologies. The role requires driving ongoing product enhancements focusing on performance, user experience, stability, security, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead iterative improvements of company products, targeting superior user experience, faster response times, robust stability, enhanced security, and optimized costs.
- Monitor emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLM) and AI Agents, adapting and integrating them within relevant business contexts.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or closely related disciplines.
- Have a minimum of three years' hands-on software development experience grounded in strong engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in business application development is highly desirable.
- Background in backend, client-side, or web development with expertise to independently architect, develop, deploy, and evolve software modules.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred candidates have contributed to core functionalities of large-scale or intricate business projects.
- Prior involvement in AI product development is an advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese to effectively liaise with stakeholders and project teams in China is mandatory.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
