Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calling campaigns targeting potential clients.
• Run credit report checks through Cibil data assessments.
• Identify and document viable leads, forwarding them to supervisors for further processing.
• Maintain and update daily tracking records related to calls made and leads generated.
• Enhance call effectiveness continuously through self-driven learning and improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time in-office internship lasting 2 months.
• Ability to commence work between July 9, 2026, and August 16, 2026.
• Residency in Kolkata is essential.
• Skills in interpersonal communication, effective verbal communication, and aptitude for self-learning.
• Preference for female candidates; must be highly target-driven and quick learners.
• Strong proficiency in spoken English, Bengali, and Hindi is required.

Additional Information

• Stipend offered is structured as a fixed monthly component between ₹5,000 to ₹6,000, supplemented with an incentive payment ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000, totaling ₹7,000 to ₹11,000 per month.
