Internship Overview
Join Humanity Founders as a Manual Testing Intern and collaborate closely with product and development teams to guarantee a seamless, dependable, and high-quality user experience across applications. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities to thoroughly assess software functionality, pinpoint defects, and effectively communicate issues to developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing on mobile applications, with an emphasis on iOS devices including various iPhone and iPad models and operating system versions to detect bugs, crashes, UI glitches, and anomalies.
- Perform testing on Android and web platforms as necessary to ensure consistent operation and user satisfaction across all supported environments.
- Design and implement comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and checklists addressing new features, existing elements, edge cases, and typical user journeys.
- Execute various forms of testing such as functional, UI/UX, regression, usability, compatibility, and exploratory testing prior to product releases.
- Identify, replicate, and document defects with detailed reproduction instructions, media captures, device specifics, expected results, and actual outcomes for developer reference.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to verify fixes, retest resolved issues, and confirm that new updates do not disrupt existing functionalities.
- Validate critical application workflows including authentication, onboarding, API-related features, notifications, permissions, network response, forms, navigation, and other core processes.
Candidate Eligibility
- Individuals must be available for this remote internship position.
- Applicants should be able to commence work anytime between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026.
- Availability for the full six-month duration of the internship is required.
- Relevant skills and interest in manual testing and application quality assurance must be demonstrated.
- Students pursuing Computer Science Engineering or fresh graduates seeking employment opportunities are eligible to apply.
