About the internship
About the Internship
This internship provides practical experience in supporting various HR process improvements related to job architectures, position management, and other HR functions. Interns will assist in reviewing and documenting job roles, levels, and categories while supporting alignment of these roles within job families and career levels. You will help validate and reconcile position codes among HR databases, identify inconsistencies and gaps in job-related data, and maintain essential HR data records including trackers and documentation.
Interaction with HR stakeholders is an important component, requiring data collection, validation, and consolidation of job and position information. You will also contribute to standardizing HR processes and recommending ways to enhance overall efficiency. Preparing insightful reports and dashboards to monitor progress and address critical issues will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, support will be provided for HR transformation projects and related analytical efforts.
