Technical Trainer

Overview

GlobalLogic is looking for a meticulous and proactive Technical Trainer to orchestrate, manage, and execute technical training and onboarding initiatives. The role involves ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions, monitoring participant advancements, and supporting continuous enhancements to technical education and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and plan technical training programs focusing on incident management, resolution, and communication skills, including coordinating room and virtual meeting setups.
• Handle all logistics related to training delivery ensuring the availability of required resources and tools.
• Distribute training materials and provide participants with requisite access credentials.
• Manage onboarding logistics such as system access provisioning and introductions to the relevant teams.
• Create and maintain user accounts on learning platforms and resolve access issues.
• Track attendance and progress of all participants in training and onboarding sessions.
• Collect, examine, and analyze training data including participation rates, feedback, and assessment scores to measure program effectiveness.
• Generate performance reports highlighting training impact on key metrics like speed to incident resolution proficiency.
• Identify training deficiencies in technical incident management and deploy targeted interventions based on feedback and performance data.
• Assess and recommend enhancements for technical training content and delivery methods.
• Support the continuous development and updating of internal knowledge bases and learning resources aligned with organizational requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR/Training, or any related discipline (provisional certificate and consolidated marks memo required).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training coordination or program administration, preferably within a technical or IT setting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient with learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Competence in data analysis to extract actionable insights for training improvements.
• Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Willingness to work onsite in rotational shifts with a schedule of 5 working days and 2 weekly offs.
• Availability to join immediately.

Employment Terms

This position requires full-time commitment with on-site presence in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The role involves working in rotating shifts with five working days and two days off each week.
