About the Role
Join Infineon's Research & Development team as an Analog Layout Engineer and contribute to innovative technology shaping future advancements. This position combines creative design skills with technical expertise to implement and optimize analog mixed-signal modules across advanced semiconductor technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design full custom layouts for Analog Mixed Signal modules using planar CMOS, BCD, and FinFET processes.
- Develop efficient floorplans to optimize placement and routing of analog components, ensuring design targets and performance metrics are met.
- Conduct thorough layout verification of IP modules to guarantee quality standards and process compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of layout designs according to development protocols, adhering strictly to quality and company standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering.
- A minimum of five years' experience in analog circuit layout, including components such as Bandgap references, LDOs, Oscillators, PLLs, and ADCs.
- Experience with deep submicron planar CMOS and BCD technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with FinFET technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools like Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Java is considered a plus.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
