Role Overview
As a Scrum Master at TCS located in Auckland, New Zealand, you will facilitate Agile processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and support teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will drive continuous improvement and be instrumental in fostering a sustainable and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming sessions.
- Coordinate efforts between stakeholders, developers, and business units to guarantee timely project progress.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, sprint tracking, and release activities.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and continual process enhancements.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in business analysis and requirement elicitation.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks including delivery and facilitation.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools.
- Competence in risk and dependency management.
- Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation capabilities.
- Salesforce platform knowledge including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), Experience Cloud, automation via Salesforce Flows, reporting, dashboards, data models, and integration concepts.
