Role Overview and Key Duties

• Manage day-to-day retail operations efficiently.
• Ensure customers are provided with timely service and high-quality products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to goods and services.
• Develop work schedules and delegate tasks to retail staff effectively.
• Conduct interviews, hire new employees, provide training, evaluate performance, manage promotions, and address staff grievances.
• Guide personnel on managing complex and challenging sales processes.
• Assess returned merchandise and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate reordering of stock.
• Verify accurate pricing and appealing product displays.
• Enforce safety protocols and security procedures within the store.
• Supervise retail team members and maintain standards of visual merchandising.
• Provide reports highlighting buying patterns, customer needs, and profitability.
• Offer constructive performance feedback to staff.
• Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to boost business.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a beauty retail environment.
• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the nail industry is mandatory.
• Skilled in creating social media content to enhance business visibility and marketing.
• Exemplary leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
